Which types of companies do you typically partner with?

We're proud to partner with a diverse range of companies across various sectors. Our clients are multinational, diversity-focused businesses. However, the industries they operate in are varied and include engineering, finance, human resources, procurement, supply chain, operations, business and technology.

What is your recruitment process?

We are involved in the recruitment process from start to finish and beyond. Our process consists of three stages:

– Screening and shortlisting: After an initial briefing on the role, we thoroughly pre-screen potential candidates, implement skills assessments, carry out professional reference checks and verify their eligibility to work in the Netherlands. We then share a shortlist of 3-5 candidates who are best-suited for the job.

– Interview process support: We stay involved throughout the entire interview process, providing support to both our candidates and clients. We offer interview scheduling assistance and support with contract negotiations, if any.

– Final selection follow-up: To ensure a successful placement, we arrange a follow-up chat 4 weeks post-hire to discuss how everything is going.

Do you have a guarantee period?

Our standard guarantee period is 4 weeks, but can be increased depending on the level of seniority.

Which types of contracts do you recruit for?

We specialise in direct hiring and executive searches, connecting international talented from diverse backgrounds with jobs that align with their strengths and expertise.

What is your pricing structure?

Our pricing structure follows a 'no cure, no pay' policy, except for our Executive Search option. This means that if we don't deliver, you won't be charged for our services.
