Successful finish and new beginnings with Salesforce

Thank you to Salesforce for hosting a final workshop for the Lotus Flower Programme x Galforce! Today, Anouska Post took the ladies through a DISC workshop; teaching us about personality types in the workplace, and how to best position ourselves according to the profiles. The women took turns to assess themselves, either as introverts or extroverts, and as people oriented or goal oriented.

Anouska says, ‘In a team, we need different personalities with varied strengths, to be most effective.’

The workshop was concluded with the women sharing their thoughts and feedback on the Lotus Flower Programme. After spending 10 weeks together, the participants and mentors have formed a bond that extends beyond the programme, and beyond their professional relationships.
