She Matters x Nike Programme: It’s a wrap!

Congratulations to participants of our Lotus Flower Programme i.c.w. Nike! We wrapped up our final workshop of this programme cycle this week.

Another group of female newcomers has successfully completed our programme. It included weekly workshops with weekly assignments on the following topics:

• Nike & Sports Heritage
• Supply Chain University
• Data Science: Python 101
• CV and Interview Intelligence
• The ‘WHY’ Journey
• Building Your Personal Brand
• Self-Defence Dos and Don’ts
• And more

Our workshops have been running since late June, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the combined efforts of the NIKE WOMEN of EMEA Network, Team Nike, Synthia Stoffer and Team JUNO, CIC Rotterdam, and our volunteers. A huge thank you to everyone involved for your support and enthusiasm – we can’t wait to work with you again. But we’ll see you again soon for the official graduation ceremony in September!

Our final tip for our participants is also one of the most simple: Opportunity knocks when you are ready to embrace it. And that’s what She Matters is here for. We’ll get there, together.
