Congratulations to our graduates!

On Friday, 24 September, we celebrated the hard work and achievements of our Lotus Flower Programme graduates with a ceremony, highlighting their success and bright futures ahead.

The ceremony was held at the NH Collection Amsterdam Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky, and guests included the Nike Core Team, workshop facilitators, mentors, and of course, our graduates.

9-week Lotus Flower Programme

In collaboration with the Nike Women of EMEA Network, our powerful participants received 9-weeks of workshops focused on Nike and Sports Heritage, Supply Chain Management and Data Science (Python 101) facilitated by Nike’s most inspiring leaders.

The participants also received physical fitness workshops, and were matched with a female mentor at Nike who they met with once per week for supplemental guidance, support and sisterhood.
