Lead Operations Across Borders:Facilities & Fleet Manager, EMEA

We’re partnering with a globally recognised lifestyle and footwear company to find a Facilities & FleetManager who will oversee the day-to-day management of facilities and fleet operations across multiple countries in the EMEA region. This is a unique opportunity to grow and lead a dynamic team while ensuring operational excellence in diverse environments.

How You’ll Lead and Innovate:

• Manage facilities across 7offices in 5 countries (Netherlands, Germany, France, Italy, UK), plus 2showrooms (Belgium, Switzerland), ensuring they run efficiently and comply with local regulations.
• Lead and grow a team of 5 spread across 4 countries (UK, France, Germany, Italy), fostering collaboration and continuous improvement in a multicultural environment.
• Oversee fleet operations, including sustainability initiatives, to improve regional performance.
• Ensure health, safety, and property compliance are consistently maintained across all sites, working closely with local authorities and ensuring legal standards are met.

 Your Unique Strengths:

• Proven people management experience—demonstrated ability to grow and lead teams across different countries and cultures.
• Extensive experience in day-to-day facility management across multiple countries, ideally managing large office portfolios.
• Strong leadership skills to take charge of facility operations independently, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Exceptional communication, organisational, and strategic thinking abilities, enabling you to work closely with senior leadership.
